Terms of use
The service
MizanVPN is a VPN service that routes your device's internet traffic through our server over an encrypted connection. The service is provided by MizanVPN.
Account
- The account works with an email address and a password you set yourself. Keeping the password secret is your responsibility.
- One account is for one person only, and only one device can be connected at a time: when a new device connects, the previous connection is closed. Sharing the account with other people or sharing the VPN connection with other devices (via a hotspot, router or computer) is not allowed. If this is detected, a warning is sent by email first; if it continues, the account may be suspended.
- Accounts cannot be transferred. One account can have at most 2 devices connected at the same time.
Free trial
The free trial is given only once per person and per device, and is activated after your email address is confirmed.
Prohibited use
- Illegal activity and actions that violate the rights of others.
- Spam and bulk mailing, phishing, fraud.
- Attacks on other systems (including DDoS), port scanning, unauthorized access attempts.
- Distributing viruses and malware.
- Illegal content, especially any content related to the exploitation of children.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim the free trial again.
- Actions intended to disrupt the service.
Technical restrictions
- The direct email sending port (25) is closed. Gmail, Outlook and other email apps use other ports (465, 587), so they work normally.
- Some legacy ports used by malware and for scanning are closed.
- The number of new connections from one account in a short time is limited. Normal use does not reach this limit.
If the rules are violated
- The harmful connection is blocked automatically.
- If it repeats, a warning is sent to the account's email address.
- If it continues after the warning, the account may be suspended.
In case of serious violations (for example, illegal content) or when required by law, the account may be suspended without warning.

Subscription and payment
Subscription prices: weekly $1.5, monthly $3.5, yearly $30. Traffic is unlimited on all paid plans; the free trial includes 2 GB. Payment rules will be published on this page when the payment system is active. When a free invitation period ends, access stops.
Availability
The service is provided "as is". Interruptions may occur because of maintenance and outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
These terms may change. The new version will be published on this page and the date above will be updated. By continuing to use the service you accept the new terms.
